The Role – Purpose & Responsibilities

This is a rare opportunity within the Product Launch team to be the face of new member acquisition. You will own the strategy and execution of paid digital and social campaigns to drive customer acquisition. You are an analytical thinker who is data-driven, with a can-do attitude and flexibility to accommodate our evolving business needs. Being able to test, adjust, and launch experiments and initiatives in a high-growth environment will be critical. You thrive in a collaborative work environment and excel under pressure, with experience working on complex, time-critical projects. This role requires a detailed understanding of publishing tools, analytics tools, and social marketing technology as well as all native platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and beyond).

Responsibilities

  • Drive customer acquisition programs and continuously evolve strategic recommendations based on data insights.
  • Optimize campaigns and drive efficiency of ad spend by understanding LTV and customer acquisition cost.
  • Manage paid digital and social marketing strategies to accelerate awareness and drive customer acquisition.
  • Closely monitor spend and growth through daily reporting and A/B testing to improve the ROI.
  • Develop owned channel strategies & programs that will drive large scale awareness, acquisition, and activation.
  • Continually and proactively search for new opportunities to grow the customer base and invent new strategies.
  • Partner with brand and content teams to drive channel growth and to ensure campaigns are in alignment with brand positioning and long-term goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in driving performance-focused digital and social marketing programs.
  • 3+ years of B2C experience in managing paid digital and social campaigns.
  • 3+ years of experience with data analytics

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience owning quantified KPI targets and running campaigns to increase success rates.
  • Solid understanding of the digital and social ecosystem and how brands should participate in an authentic way.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and planning skills with meticulous attention to detail.
