The focus of the role
This is a rare opportunity to help lead strategic operations within the Product Launch team at Canoo while we define and build the interaction between Canoo and our customers. This will range from helping direct the creation of the web and app environment, to how we think about optimizing fleet management and the marketplace, as well as how we’ll handle payments, partnerships, and other customer interactions.
This role will be responsible for creating and optimizing business strategies, such as how we balance our marketplace and fleet, optimize our promotions, and identify local operations problems. They balance improving or innovating new processes with setting and delivering on core goals to meet business needs.
Your ability to be flexible in your work approach and deal with shifting priorities will be key to your success.
Who are you?
Canoo is looking for highly motivated individuals to join our Product Launch team. If you love setting a vision, managing cross-functional stakeholders, pushing projects forward to deliver measurable and strategically meaningful results, and solving problems from a high level as well as deep in the details, this is the role for you.
You’re not afraid to get your hands dirty and are a self starter owner. You have 3+ years experience of investment banking / consulting / business intelligence / strategy or related experience. Any high-growth operations or startup experience is strongly preferred.
You have exceptional communication and organization skills, leadership potential, and are biased toward action. You make the complex simple and are a great collaborator. You have exceptional Excel / data management skills.
